We always suggest you read and send your email with an email client like Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudora, or another installed program on your computer.

You can always send and receive your email using webmail.  Web mail can be accessed by the address http://webmail.YOURDOMAIN.COM  (where YOURDOMAIN.COM is your own web site domain name)

Every web site requires some type of merchant account or payment gateway to process credit cards in REAL-TIME.

This means that if you want your customers to be charged INSTANTLY when purchasing goods or services.. You need some way to process their credit card.

That does not mean you can't accept credit cards without a merchant account or  gateway.  Some people have a credit card terminal in their store.  You can ask for the credit card information at time of purchase and STORE it to be processed later.  This way you can use your physical terminal to key in the card information.  This is a less secure and less than ideal way to handle orders.  Some businesses prefer this method.

• 2checkout.com
• Verisign
• Manual Mode (no gateway)

• Have a domain name
• Have DNS enabled for your site

Most Website Forge customers will receive a FREE domain name or FREE transfer of their domain name as part of their web site purchase. 

If you find you can not "Manage your email" contact support@websiteforge.com and they can assist you with the final DNS and domain configuration to enable mail.

Outlook express is an e-mail client program that you can use to read and send email.

It comes with all versions of Windows.
