Part 2: Compatiblity with your merchant account:
Not every web site or e-commerce system is ready to process credit cards through a gateway like Linkpoint or Authorize.net.  Every one of our e-commerce solutions are instantly compatible with Authorize.net, Linkpoint, 2checkout.com, and Pay-Pal.  Some companies might charge you extra for this integration.  We include it.

We suggest POS Processing for your Merchant account.  POS Processing has agreed to provide preferential pricing and service to all Website Forge customers (Website Forge does NOT profit from the sale of a merchant account).  www.posprocessing.com

Your monthly fee covers a variety of things:

Hosting:
Every Website Forge site is hosted on a minimum of 3 web servers unlike everyone else who only use 1.  This 3 server approach will insure your web site is available 24x7.  Every 5 minutes a 3rd party company monitors our servers and will notify us if anything goes wrong at any time.  Even if a server fails your site will continue to run.

Our network consists of 5 OC-12 connections provided by AT&T, Time Warner, Sprint, UUNET, and MCI.  This would be considered the "Dream Team" of network providers.  Even if several of these networks go down, your web site will continue to run.

E-mail Services:
Every incoming and outgoing e-mail is scanned for viruses.  Every email is analyzed and tagged so you can separate your good mail from junk mail.

Unlimited Support:
Instead of paying a programmer or consultant $40-$80 per hour every time you need to work on your web site, we provide unlimited techincal support when you choose to add, edit or delete your web site pages, text, links, images or products. 

Free Upgrades:
Hundreds of upgrades and improvements are added every year to the Website Forge system.  You are kept on the cutting edge with the newest features without additional expenses.
