A SAN is a cluster of computers that are designed to provide a file system (giant hard drive) that never fails. Most servers designed for fault tolerance would use something called RAID 5 redundancy. Our SAN is considered RAID 50. This is 10x more reliable than the industry standard.
High Availability Site Access: Your hosting services include installation of your web site on five different servers. This means that if any of the 5 servers fail -- your web site will continue to run smoothly. We have yet to find a similar hosting company with such redundancy.

Load Balancing: One of the most common questions we hear is "What if I get millions of hits? Will my web site get bogged down?". The answer is NO! Every visit to your web site is intelligently balanced and directed to the server with the lowest load. This means that your page will always come up quickly. Even when you are experiencing high loads due to marketing and growth.

High Performance Database Servers:
Our database servers are also redundant. This means that we can quickly jump over to our hot-spare database server in the event the primary database server experiences difficulties. Again most hosting providers backup databases at best -- virtually none have a fully operational hot-spare for emergencies.
