Your email suddenly stop delivering to your inbox? (was working fine and without changes to your configuration stopped)

You can receive but NOT SEND email messages.

Your web site suddenly is redirected to what seems to be a different web site.  Usually with advertisements.

You cannot pull up your web site

Your mailbox is full.  Make sure you don't have your email program configured to "Leave mail on server".  Also make sure if you are "redirecting" a mailbox to another account -- uncheck "Store redirected email" if it's not getting checked directly.

Your domain name may be expired.  You may have received emails asking you to renew your domain name but missed them.  Verify your domain is not expired through the company you purchased your domain.  Of you purchased the domain through Website Forge -- you should of received an email for renewal.  Contact support to verify.

You may have not enabled "Outging Authentication" in your email program.  You should check the option named "My outgoing server requires authentication" in your OUTGOING SERVER settings.  Click here for help

Your ISP (DSL, Cable, Dialup provider) may not allow you to send mail that belongs to a domain other than your ISP.  To resolve this go to your Advanced Options of your email program (Outlook, Outlook Express) and override the PORT setting.  Instead of port 25.  Change it to 2525.  This should allow your email to send.

You or someone in your organization may have misconfigured your DNS settings.  Your DNS settings should be Primary: altns1.websiteforge.com and Secondary: altns2.websiteforge.com.  Contact your registrar, the company you purchased your domain from, and make this change.

You may have closed your browser before your site was finished publishing.  Login to your member's area and click the green Publish Site button.  Wait at least 5 minutes before closing your browsear.

IF YOU CANNOT visit other sites -- Your ISP may be experiencing problems.  Try to visit other sites like http://www.google.com/, www.websiteforge.com.  If you CANNOT view other sites, then contact your ISP (cable, dsl, or dialup provider).

IF YOU CAN visit other sites -- There are several possible reasons.  (1) Try to republish your web site (2) Make sure your domain name is not expired or configured incorrectly.  (3) Restart your computer and try.  Contact support@websiteforge.com or use LIVE SUPPORT CHAT to obtain more assistance.
