| 1. | You’ll need to have your Project Manager set up FTP site access so you can upload your files to the FTP site first. If you already have access proceed to the next item. |
| 2. | Open your FTP site. If the first folder on the site is named for a site, then double click that folder to open up your site files.

| 3. | You’ll need to create a folder to put your files into so the ecommerce module will know exactly where to grab them for the sale of the product. To create a new folder, right click and select New, then select Folder. You’ll need to name the folder something that you’ll remember and is all encompassing. Such as, Products or Downloadable Products.

| 4. | Once the folder has been created, drag and drop your downloadable files into the folder from their location on your computer.

| 5. | Once all of your files have been copied into your FTP site, close the browser window for your FTP site and log into your member’s area.
|
| 6. | From the left navigation select +Modules then select +Ecommerce: Products.
|
| 7. | Select +Settings and click on the link for Downloadable Products.
|
| 8. | From the first drop down select the folder that you had created in your FTP site. Leave the second drop down as it is, and then decide how long you want your customers to be able to access that product once they’ve purchased.

| 10. | Select +Catalog and then select Product Types/Fields.
|
| 11. | You’ll need to enable the field Downloadable Product so you can add in the product to your product list. So check the Active check box next to the Downloadable Product text and click Apply.

| 12. | Now, select Products from the left navigation and click on Add Product. You’ll create the downloadable product just as if it were a regular product except that you’ll now have a link set to <None> next to the label Downloadable Product. You’ll need to click <None> to select from your folder the file you want to sell. Just click the “dog-eared” image of the file; DO NOT check the box next to it.

| 13. | Fill in the rest of the screen as needed and click Save. You now have added in a downloadable product to your product list. |
