Page Frame Controls
Split Frame vertically - Use this control to split any one frame into two separate frames of the same height
Split Frame Horizontally - Use this control to split any one frame into two separate frames of the same width
Move Frame Left - Use this to move the selected frame to the left
Move Frame Right - Use this to move the selected from to the right
Move Frame Up - Use this to move the selected frame up
Move Frame Down - Use this to move the selected frame down
Create Top-most Row - Use this to create a new frame at the very top of the site page. This frame will span the entire width of the page.
Create Bottom-most Row - Use this to create a new row at the very bottom of the site page. This frame will span the entire width of the page.
Add Leftmost Column - Use this to create a frame that runs down the left side of your current frames from the very top to the very bottom.
Add Rightmost Column - Use this to create a frame that runs down the right side of your current frames from the very top to the very bottom.

Frame Content and Settings - Use this to configure the unique options of any configured frame type. See Frames to learn more.
Frame Background Color - Use this to change the background color of the selected frame
Frame Borders, Margins, and Sizes - Use this to modify the outline of any frame. You can control the border color, spacing and width.
Frame Background Image - Use this to add an image as wallpaper to an individual frame.
Copy Frame - Use this to copy everything about the selected frame to the clipboard.
Share Frame Content - Use this to share any copied frame to another frame. Each shared frame share the EXACT content. This means that when you modify any of the shared frames -- each of the shared frames will change simultaneously.
Shared frames are very useful when you create frames that you would like on multiple pages. Instead of maintaining separate frames on all the pages, use this function to place shared frames on your other pages. Then when you edit any of the shared frames the rest will update automatically saving you lots of time.
Clone Frame - Use this to clone the contents of any copied frame to another frame.
Paste Format - Use this to close a frame's setting and type without the actual contents.
View Frame Clipboard - Use this to view what is currently stored in the Frame Clipboard.
Delete Frame - Use this to delete a frame. You can not undo a deleted frame.
