Web Mail is for users to access their e-mail while they are away from their desk. Never rely on Web Mail for every day use. Make sure you use an e-mail client program like Outlook Express for day to day use.
To access your e-mail via Web Mail
1. Go to your Web Mail address.
Your web mail address depends on your domain name. If your domain name is woodcountydemo.com then your Web Mail address would be http://webmail.woodcountydemo.com . In other words it always starts with "webmail." followed by your domain name.
2. Enter your account name and password and click the Log in button.
3. You will now log in. Click on INBOX to view your messages.
